  • Diane Cline, Board President

    Diane Cline retired in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer for the Girl Scouts of Manitou Council. She currently volunteers for various organizations throughout the community.

  • Matt Carlton, Board Vice President

    I am an attorney by day and my background features experience in practicing law across a variety of corporate areas. This includes providing in-house counsel services for a national insurance company, as well as legal assistance to companies across diverse industries. I enjoy analyzing complex scenarios to develop innovative and effective solutions. In my spare time, you will find me at home with my family, typically trying new recipes on my Big Green Egg smoker.

  • John Renzelmann, Board Treasurer

    John has a long history of creating successful partnerships with local, family-owned businesses in his banking career as a commercial lender. He has served the community volunteering on numerous non-profit boards and currently serves as Treasurer for the Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center. John resides in Sheboygan Falls with his wife Alyssa and their three children.

  • Lay Rosenheimer

    I am a lifelong resident of Washington County where I have been raised, educated and am currently employed. My career path has been in the securities industry currently working for Stifel Financial as a Financial Advisor. I am very dedicated to helping improve the quality of life not only in Washington County, but in the Southeast Wisconsin region as well and feel very strongly that organizations such as Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center provide the necessary services to keep this area a great place to live and raise families in a safe environment.

  • Lisa Grenfell

    Lisa brings over a decade of experience of guiding hundreds of employers throughout the state with their employee wellbeing strategies and benefits, Through her long-standing tenure at WCWI, she led the organizational growth strategies and high-value membership experience, while also serving as a coach consultant for employers and their wellness teams. She flourishes when working with wellness professionals and executive leaders in eliciting their best thinking and unfolding the opportunities they have to better serve their people. Currently Lisa is a Senior Account Executive of Activ8 Health, curating strategies of high engagement for employee wellness and benefits.

  • Paul Brokenshire

    Paul lives on the North Shore with his wife Jessica and two daughters. Proud owner of a successful wealth management business focused on high-net-worth individuals, business owners and working with families of children, or other dependents, with special needs. Passionate advocate and supporter of LRCAC’s mission to be a community partner promoting resiliency by providing every child and family with access to a comprehensive, trauma-informed response to child abuse.

  • Julie Ribley

    Julie obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University and practiced law in the State of Indiana and Iowa. She is currently the director for Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA) of East Central Wisconsin. Julie trained facilitator of Darkness To Light, Wisconsin Adverse Childhood Experiences Interface, and Kids At Hope . She is a mother of four and grandmother of three that enjoys reading, boating, and most importantly spending time with her grandbabies!

  • James Veeser

    James A. Veeser recently retired from the Sheboygan Police Department as the Captain of the Criminal Investigation Division. Veeser has his MPA frow UW-Oshkosh and is a graduate of FBI National Academy Class 242 in Quantico, Virginia. He currently is President of the FBINAA – WI Chapter Board of Directors which includes over 400 Wisconsin law enforcement executives as well as serves on the Lakeshore United FC Board of Directors which provides soccer to 2700 youth and young adult players. Veeser has presented at the Attorney General’s conference, Health and Human Services conference, and multiple civic and professional organizations on various topics while also testifying at the State Capital in Madison to support the passage of laws that protect our communities.

  • Tracey Pederson

    Tracey is a seasoned non-profit leader with over 30 years of fundraising experience providing leadership, vision and strategic development plans and initiatives for both small and large, complex organizations resulting in consistent and substantial revenue growth. She has led several successful multi-million-dollar capital campaigns in healthcare and other social service agencies. Tracey earned a B.S. degree in public relations and advertising from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

  • Sarah Hintze

    Sarah Hintze has more than 15 years of experience working as a marketing communications professional. Over that time she has helped lead award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.

  • Kathy Geracie

    Kathy served on the Ozaukee County board for 18 years and chaired the Health and Human Services Committee. Kathy is currently the President of the Cedarburg Cultural Center Board of Directors.

  • Peg Edquist

    Peg Edquist is a former journalist and freelance writer who has fundraising and marketing experience.
