How to Schedule

If your child/adolescent has been scheduled for a CAC appointment, you may have questions. If you are a protective parent or the caregiver bringing the child to the center, you can always call with any questions or concerns about the CAC appointment. Any questions regarding the investigative process should be asked of your contact with child protective services or law enforcement. Depending on your child's age, verbal ability, and a variety of other factors, the forensic interview appointment could take some time. Plan for at least 90 minutes at the center for a forensic interview and at least 60 minutes for a medical exam. You are welcome to bring snacks, electronics, or comfort items for your child. You will have the opportunity to meet with the investigative team during your child's visit, as well.
