Amanda Didier
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ms. Didier has dedicated her career to serving children and families affected by abuse and neglect. Her twenty-five career has included roles in a variety of settings including respite group homes, youth justice, child protective services, law enforcement centers, individual and group therapy clinics, runaway shelters, healthcare including with sexual assault nurse examiners, and child advocacy centers. In her previous position as forensic interviewer at the Milwaukee Child Advocacy Center, she completed interviews for local, state, and federal investigators; facilitated peer reviews; mentored new interviewers; provided both expert and fact testimony; offered guest lectures and trainings at universities and for professional groups and agencies; and provided advocacy to children and families. Ms. Didier has completed over 3000 interviews and continues her commitment to advocating for the disenfranchised, the marginalized, and the unheard.
As a member of the founding team of the Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center, Ms. Didier has taken on the role of executive director. In this position she has the responsibilities of chief executive and chief financial officer, as well as supervision of staff for both a primary stand-alone center in Saukville, as well as a satellite location in Sheboygan. Ms. Didier has dedicated her career, her heart, and her life to promoting health and resilience for children throughout their lives.

Cathy Kaye
FORENSIC INTERVIEWER
Cathy joined Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center in November of 2022 as a Forensic Interviewer. She comes with a decade of advocacy work around responding to sexual violence. Cathy represents Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy Center on the Sheboygan County Human Trafficking Task Force (SCHTTF) and is a member on the Manitowoc and Sheboygan Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART).
Cathy graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s in psychology from Lawrence University and later earned her master’s in public administration with a non-profit emphasis from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Cathy is honored to be a part of the LRCAC team who continues to work to provide a space for kids, teens, and vulnerable adults to tell their stories.

Suzy Pfitzinger
ADVOCATE
Suzy has been the advocate at Lakeshore CAC since May of 2021. Suzy double majored in Human Development and Psychology with an emphasis in mental health for her undergraduate degree at UW-Green Bay. She also has a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology that she obtained from the University of North Dakota in 2021. Since interning with the LRCAC during her summer term of graduate school, Suzy knew right away that working within a child advocacy center was something she really wanted to pursue after graduation, and now here we are! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Maddie. She also likes to travel to new places, play volleyball, and make baked goods for friends and family.

Kimberly Pribyl
FORENSIC INTERVIEWER
Kim has been working with victims of crime for over 15 years in various roles and capacities. Kim developed her passion for advocating for victims of crime while attending the University of WI- Green Bay where she received her Bachelor of Arts. She double-majored in Political Science and Social Change and Development with an emphasis in Law & Justice Studies, and also minored in Sociology. Following her undergraduate education, Kim received her Law Enforcement Certification from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Her Criminal Justice experience includes patrol, jail, and dispatch. Kim has years of advocacy experience and worked in Child Protection Services prior to becoming a Forensic Interviewer at Lakeshore CAC in June of 2023. Kim is passionate about education and is currently an Adjunct Instructor at NWTC. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family (human, fur, and feathers alike), judging dance, and traveling.

Courtenay Wilding
OFFICE MANAGER
Courtenay has worked with children of all abilities, vulnerable populations, and their families her entire career. She has a bachelor’s degree in health services administration, which she has utilized in a variety of settings in including skilled nursing, Autism services, childcare, county human services, and now in child advocacy. Prior to joining the team at Lakeshore CAC in 2020, Courtenay was a Family Support Woker for Human Services. Courtenay has also held the roles of a preschool teacher and Autism behavioral treatment technician. Courtenay strives to create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for all children who visit Lakeshore CAC. Outside of work, Courtenay enjoys spending time with her family, and collecting houseplants.
